CITY OF CHARLESTON RECREATION BOYS LACROSSE CAMP is 9 a.m.­–noon April 1­–May 31 at Freedom Park, 985 Barfield St., Daniel Island. Camp is for boys ages 6–14. The 2011 boys lacrosse camp is offered to participants who want to learn the sport of lacrosse or perhaps work on their skills and improve their game. This camp is for all skill levels. CITY OF CHARLESTON RECREATION EASTER BREAK SPRING SOCCER MINI CAMP is 9 a.m.­–noon April 18–20 at Bayview Soccer Complex, 1045 Ft. Johnson Road, James Island. This camp is coed for ages 5–9. Coach Wayne Cartmell and Three Lions Soccer will teach fundamentals of soccer in a fun atmosphere. Players will learn to dribble, throw in, shoot properly and positions on the field. Cost is $75.
